Our products are shipped by our shipping partners DHL, DPD, UPS and Dachser.
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We calculate shipping costs by weight at €4.95 for each commenced 29 kg.
For the shipment of bulky goods (freight forwarding), we charge as follows:
Products weighing more than 31.5 kg that cannot be divided into several parcels are shipped to you by the freight forwarder Dachser at the following rates

Delivery times
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, goods are delivered within Germany within 2–3 days and for international deliveries within 3–14 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods together in one consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
