Naturewater PCB-8CF – Combined PP and Active-coal Block Spare Filter for Reverse Osmosis RO Devices

This Naturewater combined PP and active-coal block filter is a spare filter, that is, e.g., suitable for the 3-stage reverse-osmosis device. The water filter has two layers: one of them, a polypropylene (PP) layer, removes particles such as sand, rust, or suspended substances from the water, and the other, an activated-carbon layer, adsorbs gasses, chlorine, heavy-metals, or other noxious substances. Such a filter can improve the quality of the water and reduce bacteria or viruses.

The maximum flow rate of this combined filter is 4 l/min and can be used for water with a temperature from 5 °C to 38 °C. The working pressure is comprised between a min. of 0.1 MPa and a max. of 0.4 MPa. After an amount of 3,500 l of filtered water, the combined filter should be replaced to keep its filtering features. Despite its enormous filtering power, the diaphragm should exclusively be used for drinking water, as it is not suitable for water of poor or uncertain quality.
